Estimated sizes generally range from approximately 40 to 150 feet (12 to 46 meters) across, although such estimates are often difficult to verify.

Reported surfaces include metallic, matte, reflective, or softly luminous finishes with few visible structural details. Some witnesses also describe lights positioned at the corners or along the edges, particularly during nighttime observations.

Possible Explanations

Possible explanations include conventional aircraft viewed under unusual conditions, atmospheric effects, optical illusions, classified technology, or genuinely unidentified objects. Some researchers have proposed speculative concepts involving distributed lift, gravity, inertia, or electromagnetic field manipulation to explain reported movement and stability, but no publicly available evidence confirms that such technologies are responsible for observed sightings.
